Arita Ghedini is an emerging contemporary jeweller based in Hobart, Tasmnaia. She has an extensive educational background in the arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Diploma in Visual Arts.
Arita's work is informed by nature and influenced by art history, particularly jewellery of the Etruscan civilisation and the Byzantine period.
Through her work she aims to create items of sentiment, markers or moments and objects of personal meaning.
A gorgeous set of stacking rings. Both sterling silver. One ring has the floral relic motif from her "Tokens & Relics" collection. The other is set with a striking rhodolite garnet. The rings are an Australian size N 1/2.
